Login to your billing account (Stripe) and cancel your subscription.  Or message us on your Trello board to have us help you take care of that.  Canceling your subscription will delete all of your dashboards & recurring reports once the current billing period is finished.  If you wish to subscribe again after canceling, you will be subject to the current rates of the analytics plans.

We are not offering any free trial at this time.  We typically do not issue refunds, only on a case-by-case basis.

All requests and project management is handled in Trello.  You can write out what metric you’d like to see, what data source it comes from, where on the dashboard you’d like it, etc.  If you already have a manual report in Excel, PowerPoint, etc. that you want duplicated and automated, you can share example files or screenshots of what you’d like. These are your custom dashboards and reports, so you let us know how you’d like it shown and we’ll get it taken care of for you!  However you can share it in Trello, it’s fair game!  

Some requests like adding a filter or relabeling a visual on a dashboard will take just a few minutes!  Ad hoc reporting will tend to take a little longer depending on the nature of the request, but on average it will take a few business days.  We like to iterate as we go, so we’ll send frequent updates to get your feedback to make sure we’re on the right track and progressing fast enough.  The smaller you can break a task into pieces and the clearer you can be when making the request, the faster we can get it taken care of for you. .

Data Tyde is a one-man show.  You’ll work directly with Sam, the founder of Data Tyde. 

All you have to do is submit a new request on your Trello board and prioritize it.  We can only work on one request at a time from your organization, so you get to choose what is the highest priority for us to work on.  

Prices do not change often.  The price per dashboard will not change for those with a current subscription.  If prices do change, the base price you pay each month will not change without a written notice (via email) 3 months in advance.  The base price you pay will not change by much if it is a price increase.
